I recently bought a Jcb Fastrac from Qf Tractors. Prior to buying it I phoned them to enquire about the vehicle, I was told by them it was a 2001 model, had almost new tyres, done 6000 Hrs Approx & was in excellent condition. I then managed to make a deal including delivery and paid for it promptly. When the tractor arrived it happened to be a 2000 model, three tyre carcases were badly damaged. Hours worked registered 8,153. It was in a filthy condition although I did buy it in an off farm condition. After a few days I noticed the top link was missing so after a few phone calls to try and get the top link plus offering to pay the carriage I quickly realised I was getting the run around and false promises so decided not to pursue it anymore. After stupidly buying this tractor on trust I accepted the condition. But the missing top link became a matter of principal. Little did they know I was checking their website on a regular basis for an additional one. But after the top link scenario I decided to buy from my local Jcb dealer-ship & spent over £45,000. If thats the way QF TRACTORS conduct business all I can say is good luck to them. So be warned be before dealing with them and please read some of the other blogs. I am not the only one who feels let down by QFTractors.
